PART B: CIMS Overview and FAQs
The CIMS Process
CIMS Cycle 2 Project Design Team
The purpose of the Project Design Team is to convene CIMS users who represent a variety of roles and responsibilities and a cross-section of the state. These stakeholders will advise Michigan's Office of Special Education and Early Intervention Services (OSE/EIS) on how to link CIMS to the State Performance Plan (SPP) and improve overall CIMS processes. Over the next four months, the Project Design Team will meet five times to prioritize issues for Cycle 2. After reaching a consensus, the project team will present a final set of recommendations to the OSE/EIS for CIMS Cycle 2 activities.
If you have questions about the CIMS Project Design Team or any of the information provided on the website, please contact the CIMS Help Desk at (877) 474-9023 or help@cimsmichigan.org.
