Welcome!

The Michigan Department of Education Office of Special Education and Early Intervention Services has created a Continuous Improvement & Monitoring System (CIMS). CIMS was designed so that districts can track the performance of its programs and services for students with special needs.
This is the MDE's Continuous Improvement Monitoring System (CIMS).  It is a system that requires authorization for access.  If you do not have a username and password and would like to use CIMS, please contact the CIMS help desk at help@cimsmichigan.org or (877) 474-9023 (Toll Free M - F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time).
